Registration Fees

ATOAI Members – INR 5000 per person inclusive of taxes, accommodation for 3 nights, airport transfers , hosted meals, entry to the convention and special functions, transfers to the venue at a designated time.
 
Non-ATOAI Members – INR 7500 inclusive of all the above.

Additional Delegate Sharing Room – INR 2000 inclusive of all the above

Local (J&K) ATOAI Member – INR 2000 (Does not include accommodation)

Local  (J&K) Non ATOAI Member – INR 2500 (Does not include accommodation)

Overseas Delegate – USD 250

Accompanying Spouse – INR 1500 inclusive of all the above.

Exhibition Booth(3mX2m)– INR 21000 inclusive of taxes which includes Registration for 1 delegate, 1 table, 2 chairs, dustbin & electricity plug points

Cheques should be made in favour of “Adventure Tour Operators Association of India” and sent to ATOAI Admin Office.

Please Note:
1. Registration form without payment will not be accepted.
2. Last date of registration is August 31,2011. Late fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged if registration from is received after the due   date.
3. All price inclusive of taxes.
4. Children below 18 years not allowed in the Convention.

5. Registration fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
