The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), in collaboration with India Tourism North Region, Ministry of Tourism, successfully hosted the third edition of the ATOAI Seminar & Adventure Tourism Roadshow on September 21, 2023, at The Park, New Delhi.

Graced by Smt. Manisha Saxena, Director General, Ministry of Tourism, as the Chief Guest, and senior dignitaries including Mr. Vibhava Tripathi, Mr. R.K. Suman, Col. PS Chohan, Brig. Ashok Abbey, and Capt. Swadesh Kumar, the event drew participation from top industry experts, professionals, and adventure travel stakeholders from across the country.

The day featured insightful sessions on Responsible Adventure Tourism, best practices, and selling adventure travel, led by renowned speakers such as Mr. Kapil Talwar, Col. Manoj Keshwar, Mr. Jitu Pegu, Mr. Sachin Rustagi, Col. Romil Bhartwal, Ms. Soity Banerjee, Mr. Davinder Singh Dhanjal, and Mr. Darpan Chalia.

In the lead-up to the seminar, ATOAI organized a Certified First Aid, CPR & Wilderness Responder Course on September 19–20, equipping adventure guides with essential safety and emergency response skills.

The event also featured a B2B Adventure Tourism Roadshow with leading exhibitors including ASC360 (Sponsor), Barefoot Retreats, Snow Leopard Adventures, Aquaterra Adventures, and many more showcasing premier adventure offerings.

With strong industry engagement, networking, and knowledge sharing, the Delhi edition of the roadshow proved to be a major step forward in fostering responsible and professional adventure tourism in India.
